Cancellations

Please notify your doctor within 48 hours of cancelling/rescheduling your appointment. You may be charged the full cost of the appointment for last minute cancellations and no-shows.

Payment

We are able to accept credit/debit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, and Zelle at this time. Payment is due on the date of service

Privacy

We will never share or disclose your private and sensitive information without your permission. The only exception to this rule is if there is an imminent and explicit danger to your wellbeing.
